Key West was our first stop on a cruise. We thought about doing a Hop On, Hop Off trolley, but we were concerned about the distance to walk to get on the trolley and the anticipated crowd of fellow cruisers. Private transportation for our group was a great option because we customized our tour based on what we wanted to see. Our drivers, Johnny and Shahboz met us at the pier, on time. It was an easy walk to meet them and they had an electronic sign for our family. It was a very hot day, so their air-conditioning was quite welcomed. Some stops were drivebys and others we got out for photo ops. They shared interesting facts about the places. They returned us with plenty of time to wander around before boarding the ship. We enjoyed their recommendations for key lime pie, too. Well worth it for our multigenerational group.
